Is Rebus Master free to play?

Yes. Rebus Master is free to download on iOS and Android, and all 1,300+ puzzle levels are playable without paying — no level is ever locked behind a purchase. Rebus Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription ($4.99/month) that removes ads, doubles your daily bonus and raises your lives cap from 5 to 8. Coin packs are available as one-time purchases.

How does the game work — what is a rebus?

Each level shows an illustration that represents an English word, phrase or idiom. You reveal a hidden cryptogram one letter at a time and guess the phrase the picture is hinting at.

Do I need an internet connection?

Core puzzles can be played offline. Online features such as collection events, leaderboards and cloud save require a connection.

Will I actually learn English idioms?

Partly — the catalog is a mix. Plenty of levels are everyday words and compounds (BREAKFAST, DRAGON, HOT DOG), and classic idioms are in there too (LET THE CAT OUT OF THE BAG is level 20). Every puzzle comes with a hint sentence explaining what it means.

Does Rebus Master have ads?

The free version shows ads, but lightly: no ads at all for your first 30 levels, then at most one short ad between puzzles — never during one. You can optionally watch a rewarded video for bonuses, and Rebus Pro removes ads entirely.

Which devices are supported?

Rebus Master runs on iPhone (iOS) and on Android phones and tablets.
